1-8.3 – RA40 Zoning - for variances and/or relief from Chapter 301 Section 9 A(1)(a) where the proposed pool,
trellis & cabana are located in front yard which is not permitted. ADJOURNED from 1/10/19, 2/14/19
EXTENSIONS
1) Appeal No. 2018-005 – Yvette Aguiar, 860 Pond View Rd, Riverhead – SCTM No. 600-107-2-50, RA40 Zoning – for variances to and/or relief from the provisions of Chapter 301 Section 11 where the proposed
front yard setback is 42 feet where 50 is required, where the proposed side yards are 18.9 and 20.3 feet where
the required minimum is 25 feet and combined minimum is 55 feet, and where the proposed impervious surface
is 18.2% of the lot area where the maximum permitted is 15%. (By letter dated and received January 15, 2019,
request for first extension, thus expiring March 8, 2020.)
